Each and every one of us has a special and unique way to deal with our challenges. Sometimes, we just need a little extra help. Having a listening ear and a safe space to express one's inner world can work wonders for your journey toward healing. Weiland believes through positive person-centered psychology and self-reflective practices we are able to rewrite the scripts of our lives and learn to take authority over our circumstances. Weiland’s therapeutic focus incorporates a collaborative approach between the client
and therapist. While working together, you will be guided and encouraged to find meaning and purpose from past, current, and future experiences.
