Bailee enjoys promoting the emotional, behavioral, and social wellbeing of clients while also encouraging them to be their favorite selves. She works to embolden individuals, families, and groups from diverse populations to achieve career goals, obtain emotional and physical health, and skills that support growth. She strives to help individuals become their favorite selves by supporting their emotional wellbeing, increasing the tools in their toolbox, and helping them achieve their goals. She works with individuals of all ages and especially enjoys working with children and adolescents.
She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from North Dakota State University with a minor in Human Growth and Development. She also received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University of the Twin Cities and currently is obtaining her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University.
