Kyle Cold, M.A.

Prelicensed Mental Health Counselor

Kyle has a Master’s Degree in Religion and Theology from United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, focusing on Mystically Occasioned Experiences. He is completing his Master’s in Mindfulness Based Clinical Counseling from Naropa University and combines his experience with pastoral care into the health care he provides. Before working in counseling, Kyle served in the Peace Corps, Ukraine, from 2015 to 2018 in the Community Development mission within the northern Oblast of Chernihiv. He has also been trained in Conflict Meditation as a Rule 114 Neutral and employs non-violent communication intentionally throughout his practice. Lastly, Kyle has trained with classical Western educators through MAPS and traditional medicine practitioners to help bring harm-reductive mental health care to individuals who have had challenging substance experiences and now seek integration of those experiences.
